With more than two decades of winemaking expertise, Julien Fayard is one of Napa Valley’s most respected winemakers producing California varietals with French finesse. Julien’s wines are a pure expression of their terroir, highlighting the specificities and characteristics of the fruit, vineyard management, soil, and climate.

TASTING NOTES:
The Cabernet Sauvignon boasts incredible aromatics with a very forward nose bringing fresh ripe red fruits, with a backbone of dark spices, from the 100% new French oak. There is a striking aromatic presence, with flavor profiles that lean towards darker and denser fruit extractions. The deep purple color teases the richness of flavor to come, with the lovely bouquet bursting at every swirl.
The depth and complexity of the nose is confirmed in the mouth with luscious black raspberry, blueberry, minerals, dense black cherries and ripe plums. Experience a wonderful bright freshness from this fruit-forward offering, showing a good acid balance and soft tannins with a full body and good weight in the mouth.
