Winemakers Notes: The 2019 Water Witch opens with red cherry and dark raspberry followed by notes of currant and white pepper. Ripe cherry, brown sugar and cinnamon encounter lush
tannins for a plush, full mouthfeel that lingers through the lengthy finish. Pair with blackened salmon and cheesy risotto or rosemary-crusted rack of lamb. Drink now through 2031.
