Winemaker Notes: Clear ruby color. Aromas of red plum, leather, pomegranate, and a hint of salinity. Flavors of red currant, pomegranate, dried chilis, Aleppo pepper, turmeric, and cranberry. This beautiful pinot has bright acidity at the beginning with a round mid-palate.
A great pairing for turkey, ham, cranberry sauce, herb stuffing and cherry pie!
