WINEMAKER NOTES:
Our wines aim to honestly represent the place where they come from, they contain the soul of their land, their grapes and their people. They represent the “Terroir” from which they come. Their elegance and expressiveness make them great friends of the culture, traditions and gastronomy that gave them birth. They take us on a trip to beautiful landscapes and give us the hand of their people. They share and are made to share.
TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Notes of tropical fruits – pineapple, mango, passion-fruit
Palate: Dry and fresh, while being very fruit forward. Very well balanced, with creamy and round characteristics that provide richness, while having very intense aromas.
FOOD PAIRING:
It combines well with white and blue fish and seafood. It could be a refreshing accompaniment for all type of appetizers, and it is perfectly paired with rice dishes. The most suitable cooking methods are baked and grilled fish, but it’s also surprising good with smoked fish. Ideal for rice dishes with fish.
