Aix en Provence, France Fruit for this Rose are grown in the cooler, more rugged and higher elevation vineyards in the hills around Aix-en-Provence. The cool climate allows for a gentler ripening and more natural acidity.
Winemaker Notes: Aromas and flavors of raspberry, cherry, peach, herbal, citrus and a mineral core. Lean and lively on the palate.
The blend is: Grenache 35%, Syrah 33%, Cinsault 13%,Cabernet Sauvignon 12%, Rolle 7%
