DISTILLER’S NOTES: Award winning small batch bourbon crafted to share and aged to perfection. Our name and bottle were inspired by the turn of the century in America. A time of unprecedented progress and adventure when all bourbon was small batch. In the spirit of this time, we age our bourbon in new American white oak barrels for a minimum of 6 years in the rolling hills of Tennessee to craft an exceptionally smooth small batch bourbon rich in character. “Bib & Tucker” were the words commonly used to describe your finest attire at the turn of the century. Today Bib & Tucker represents the finest bourbon.
THE TENNESSEE DIFFERENCE: As a Tennessee bourbon, Bib & Tucker follows the Lincoln County process unique to Tennessee, the bourbon is filtered through maple sugar charcoal before filling the barrel for aging. This combined with the right amount of time in the barrel develops our signature bold yet refined bourbon.
Nose: Bib & Tucker leads with a scent of vanilla and sweet hay. And is accented by a touch of sandalwood and mace.
Palate: With a smooth entry, the bourbon is nicely balanced with a hint of pecan pie sweetness. It fulfills the promise of its nose before evolving into a warm, rich, spicy sensation.
Finish: Bib & Tucker coats the palate with a complex, yet balanced and long-lasting signature chestnut finish.
MASH BILL: Corn, Rye, Barley
