Old Vine Wine will offer refunds or exchanges of un-opened bottles within 7 business days of purchase. For other merchandise, excluding wine & spirits, refunds or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Receipt is required for refunds and exchanges and must be done in store. Opened bottles that have faults (ie. corked) must be brought to the store within 3 business days of opening for replacement. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened bottles that do not exhibit faults.
