The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Chris’s Cuvee is brilliant, and it’s another sensational Cabernet Sauvignon in this great vintage. Pure cassis, darker currants, spicy oak, and sweet tobacco smoke notes all shine here, and it’s medium to full-bodied on the palate, with fine, polished tannins and remarkable purity and balance. I like it today, yet I see no reason it shouldn’t have 15+ years of overall longevity.
