Tasting notes: Here you have a bodybuilder on a tight rope. Fruits are prominent with white grapefruit juice, underripe papaya, and cactus pear. The acid is precise and prickly, bruised sage and resinous hoppy herbaceousness persist. Shiny white stone finish.
