Description
From the winery: The color is medium yellow with green flints. The wine opens with fresh aromas of Granny Smith apples followed by citrus aromas of grapefruit, lime, orange zest and kiwi. With time and air in the glass, ripe fruit aromas evolve: apricot, pear, and honeydew melon, even tropical notes of guava and mango. The mid-palate is full-bodied and coating. The finish is lingering, crisp and refreshing.
Food Pairings: Our Verdelho enhances seafood such as scallops, prawns, and filet of sole. It also excels with niçoise salad, sliced fruits, and a variety of cheeses: both savory and creamy. This is a multi-faceted wine for all occasions.
