WINEMAKER NOTES:
A special Cabernet based blend that is a bit different in style to that of the Trujillo Cabernets. Made from new grape sources to those that make the Trujillo Cabernets and pushing the Cabernet percentage to near 75%. With this, I still describe the blend as a Cabernet varietal, yet have the luxury to bring in other fruits. All five Bordeaux varietals lend to its seamless balance and complexity.

TASTING NOTES:
Expressing in the aromatics of sweet dark cherry, violets, hints of cola, and spice, with subtle hints of sweet herbs and cedar, all ascend upward as the wine opens up in the glass. Flavors of dark cherry, bakers’ coco and rich plum jump forward with subtle hints of sweet tobacco. The flavors are well laced and held together with fine integrated tannin. A fun red wine for all occasions

75.5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8.5% Merlot, 8% Cab Franc, 4% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot
